Though exhibiting a few minor planchet cracks on each side, this wholesome survivor from late in the reign of the popular czar offers a golden-yellow hue and a good deal of glistening brilliance. Fairly SCARCE in this elevated state of preservation and, not surprisingly, exceeded in the PCGS census by just three others.
