1837 10C No Stars, Large Date, F-101b, R.2, MS64 PCGS. The obverse displays radial die cracks at 5 and 7 o'clock, and the reverse is unclashed. The first-year Seated dime lacks stars, and is the sole Philadelphia issue of its design subtype. Large and Small Date varieties are both collectible. The present lustrous and boldly struck near-Gem displays lavish olive-green and ocean-blue toning. The centers display hints of plum-red patina. Population: 47 in 64, 43 finer (11/23).
