A 2½" Gauge Live Steam LMS 'Duchess of Montrose' Locomotive and Tender, finished to a very high standard in LMS maroon as no 6232, built to modified 'Bond's o' Euston Road' drawings, originals dated 1939, modification drawing dated '82, and featuring authentic 4-cylinder drive, pressure gauge, water gauge, screw reverse, mechanical axle-driven water pump and hand pump to tender, overall VG-E, appears never steamed, lacks ashpan, grate and whistle, together with various Bond's drawings (Duchess-specific nos BS 500 and 506-8 and 'standard parts' drawings BS 402-8 and 409-11, modification drawing by P R Weise (1982) and short length of display track (4)
