An early 19th Century painted fan, allegorical scene with Neptune, Mars and other figures amongst waves and within a gilt scrolling border, having pierced and engraved mother-of-pearl sticks, in a glazed case with plush border, 66.5cm wide Condition Report: Sticks appear to be in good condition. Paper fan with a few minor discolourations and fox marks. Enclosed in velvet lined case, so cannot see the rear of fan.
