Modelled in two parts, on the open ground floor with a veranda, various figures, and a dog, in the background with a staircase leading to the upper floor, there with a balcony and further figures facing outwards.
From a South German private collection, acquired at Artcade Gallery Corinne Van der Kindere, Brussels - A TL analysis by Oxford Authentication Ltd (no. C199e48) from 23 Feb 1999 is consistent with the dating of this lot - Very few small chips

In zwei Teilen modelliert, im offenen Erdgeschoss mit Veranda und diversen Figuren sowie einem Hund, im Hintergrund mit einer Treppe, die in das Obergeschoss führt, dort mit Balkon und weiteren Figuren, die nach außen gerichtet stehen.
Aus einer alten süddeutschen Privatsammlung, erworben am 16. November 1999 bei Artcade Gallery Corinne Van der Kindere, Brüssel - Eine TL-Analyse von Oxford Authentication Ltd (Nr. C199e48) vom 23. Februar 1999 bestätigt die Datierung - Wenige kl. Best.
